Elizabeth M Jacob
I'm Elizabeth Jacob, a freelance writer and photographer with a passion for capturing life’s fleeting moments. I try my best to easily translate and process feelings and memories into images to document the genuine connections captured during a photoshoot. The result: a blend of natural and candid images that are woven together to tell a story.
I began my creative journey in the print industry, but then quickly learned and loved to embrace the world of photography. Over the years, I have developed skills and experience with culinary styling, editorial design, publishing and more. In my role as a photographer, I aim to create sophisticated, yet light-hearted images that are rooted in emotion and leverage the power of natural light to draw out those expressions. They are more than just images; they are a story unfolding that will last a lifetime.
With my love of good food, learned photography skills, food styling experience and background in creative writing and copy editing, I thrive in my position as Director of Marketing for Bender’s Tavern, an iconic establishment in the heart of Ohio.
I have contributed writing, editing, features, styling and photography for publications and companies including Babiekins Magazine, The Feed Feed, Apartment Therapy, Ohio Magazine, Delicious Living, Parenting, Earthfare, Babble, TravelHost, Clean Eating and more.
